The Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for directing all of the people functions of the Company in accordance with policies and best practices. The VP of HR serves as a key member of the organization’s executive leadership team and is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, development and execution of organizational effectiveness, talent and culture management programs aimed at advancing the company mission & values and enhancing business results. They will also be responsible for the strategic Human Resource planning to provide the Company with the best talent available and to position the company for future success. Responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources teams execution of its strategies to achieve the company’s development objectives. This position will also oversee the Training Department which is responsible for developing, researching, and maintaining training programs that support a philosophy of ongoing development and create a culture of sustainable training in the restaurants.
