Operations Manager

Hardworking, dedicated, experienced Operations Manager opportunity for a developing kitchen, bar and entertainment concept. 


  • 3+ years experience in high volume restaurant/bar management
  • Passion for integrity of food, beverage and service
  • Ability to perform all financial duties for daily operation
  • Computer skills – proficient in Aloha, Excel, Word, OpenTable, and the ability to learn in house software accounting system
  • Commitment to a schedule that allows operational goals to be met


  • Participate in daily operations management of the restaurant
  • Utilize data to manage in a pro-active manner
  • Responsible for daily financial management
  • Provide quality customer service to all patrons
  • Ensure safety and security of both guest and team members
  • Participate in coaching, counseling, training and development of all FOH team members
