Hardworking, dedicated, experienced Operations Manager opportunity for a developing kitchen, bar and entertainment concept.
3+ years experience in high volume restaurant/bar management
Passion for integrity of food, beverage and service
Ability to perform all financial duties for daily operation
Computer skills – proficient in Aloha, Excel, Word, OpenTable, and the ability to learn in house software accounting system
Commitment to a schedule that allows operational goals to be met
Participate in daily operations management of the restaurant
Utilize data to manage in a pro-active manner
Responsible for daily financial management
Provide quality customer service to all patrons
Ensure safety and security of both guest and team members
Participate in coaching, counseling, training and development of all FOH team members
