Talent Acquisition Manager (Restaurant/Retail Experience Required)

Do you have experience recruiting top talent within the Restaurant Industry?  Do you have the motivation and drive to grow with an industry leading organization.  Leap Hospitality has an amazing opportunity with our client in NY for a recruiter who will drive staffing strategies to identify exceptional, diverse candidates for a variety of departments throughout the organization at the New York office. 

 

Job Summary:

  • Development and maintenance of a recruitment network through various outlets
  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies
  • Manage full cycle recruitment processes from job inception to onboarding
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams on HR processes and procedures 
  • Partner with hiring leaders and HR to ensure alignment on shared business objectives
  • May assist recruiting for high-level field operator roles
  • Periodically manage other tasks and projects as they are assigned by the Manager of Recruiting, or other leaders in the organization.
  • Spearhead Human Resource projects to improve employee engagement
  • Creatively source and recruit candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques to support hiring initiatives with predominant focus on Support Center roles
  • Develop and maintain strong programs to ensure a robust pipeline of diverse candidate slates
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through the selection and hiring process

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate recruitment and selection with restaurant industry required
  • Experience recruiting for all aspects of the restaurant industry including field level staff and corporate roles
  • Experience working with and tracking candidates via an Applicant Tracking System 
  • 2+ years of diversity recruitment experience
  • Customer service focused
  • Strong project management skills; attention to detail
  • Strong networking skills 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
