General Manager

Seeking hardworking, dedicated, experienced general manager for high volume restaurant/bar operations.


  • 5+ years General Manager experience with full P&L responsibility
  • Ability to establish and execute superior business operations
  • Experienced in strategic forecasting and cost controls
  • Act as an ambassador for the vision, the brand and the direction of the Company
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that leads by example from the top down
  • Supports a culture that focuses on the guest experience and cultivates an environment rich in integrity of food, beverage and service
  • Experience with scratch kitchens and working alongside Executive Chefs
  • In-depth knowledge of current HR laws and best practices
  • Emphasizes ongoing training and development of 10 Managers and 100+ staff
