Our client has formed a new business to add to their current portfolio.  They recently purchased 2 franchised restaurants that will be operated by their new entity.  They are looking to open these locations, produce income and continue to open new locations and sell existing.  

They are looking for an innovative minded, entrepreneurial spirited individual to get this business up and running and to lead its growth long into the future. This is not a job, it is a career. They are looking for a distinct type of president, not one that would fit the industry standard description. The ideal candidate to take on this once in a lifetime opportunity is someone that thinks and acts like a business owner, not like an employee. The president will have full autonomy to manage the company in the way that they feel is the most productive and profitable method. The president will be paid by what the company earns; the more income the company generates, the more the president will gross. The president will be paid a percentage of  the company profits, with escalations that increase as the profit escalates.

This is a position for an entrepreneur that has the determination to win!


  • Will build the company in its own image.
  • Will hire its team for the first location and train the best of these to help in operating the additional locations.
  • Will work on creating and implementing all policies and procedures that are applicable to all locations.
  • Will learn the accounting and POS reports that will be used to run a successful franchise restaurant business.
  • Will always be preparing to open the next location(s).



  • Must have exceptional math skills. They will work closely with the CEO in creating and interpreting all forms of financial reports.
  • Must be a LEADER. Anyone can tell someone what to do, but only a leader can get someone to do something because they want to do it!
  • Must be organized. The use of check lists and schedules must be tools that the president cannot live without.
  • Must be a business owner. It is crucial that the president thinks like a business owner, as they president are the heart and soul of the company.
  • Must have the desire to be an owner. They will an opportunity to own as many locations as they set up.
  • MUST BE VERY COMPUTER LITERATE, with strong skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Projects and Outlook).
  • Ten years of direct experience in opening, operating and managing new locations.
  • Must encompass an aptitude for learning and implementing time management techniques and processes.
