Director of Sales

The Director of Sales is responsible for the design and implementation of a comprehensive sales program. The individual will be responsible to build long-term national account sales,business relationships, developing annual sales plans for units, B2B sales programs, local sales/marketing efforts.


  • Communication on existing and new opportunities and leads, working & priority, to other management
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement creative sales campaigns
  • Designing & implementing sales programs with benchmarks
  • Work closely with franchise and corporate owners and operators to implement sales programs
  • Generate national leads to transfer into new national opportunities for brand
  • Responsible for national annual sales goals.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Sales/Management or relevant field
  • 5+ year of experience in B2B sales within restaurant/retail environment
  • Direct report management experience
  • Building regional and national accounts
